At SCStream, we provide digital products and services such as eBooks, courses, films, and challenge entries. Due to their digital nature, all sales are final.

Once a purchase is made, it cannot be canceled or refunded. Permanent access is granted immediately upon purchase.

2. Why We Have This Policy

This protects our intellectual property and prevents misuse, such as copying content and requesting a refund.

3. Customer Responsibility

It is your responsibility to review product descriptions and samples before purchasing.

4. Exceptions

Refunds may only be considered if:

• A technical error prevents you from accessing your product.

• The issue is reported within 7 days of purchase, with proof of payment.
